Proactive
I take responsibility for my own workload and don’t wait idly to be given tasks. There is always something that can be done. At the start of my development into UX, while working in customer care at ZenMate, I proactively redesigned the user account dashboard. After which, I was asked to continue supporting the design team. |
Communicative
Together with being a natural empath, my background in customer care and content management developed my communication skills. This helps me engage with people, making interviewees feel like they are speaking with a friend and making them comfortable sharing in-depth feedback. |
Adaptive
I truly embrace change and easily adjust to new roles and teams. Though I get close to my projects, if they are no longer what the company or user needs, I easily move on to adapt to new directions. Change is the only constant. |
